He will always try to squeeze them in for extra walks when something comes up and is very flexible to my ever changing schedule. We were new to the area and didn’t know anyone we could trust to care for our cats while we were away. From the moment we reached out to Brad at Bella’s Pet Care, we felt reassured. He came to our home for a meet and greet, which really helped us feel at ease. One of our cats is a senior with ongoing health issues and needs daily medication, and I was especially anxious about leaving him. But Brad’s calm, compassionate approach completely put me at ease. What really set him apart was his exceptional communication and thoughtfulness. He always kept us updated on how the walks went and gave us plenty of notice whenever he had time off coming up. He went above and beyond for us countless times—bringing in packages, offering to grab us food when we weren’t feeling well, and even handling a home alarm situation while we were out of town. His kindness extended far beyond our pets.
